Automatic circle production line is a special automatic production line for glass circular cutting. The machine is divided into three kinds: single head, double head and sleeve cutting. It uses MITSUBISHI programmable logic controller, human-machine interface and servo motor. High precision, high efficiency, high automation, simple and flexible operation. It can automatically locate, select, cut, feed, cut and set parameters to achieve the best effect you need. After setting the parameters, the operator only needs to place the glass on the conveyor belt, and the cutting machine automatically transmits and cuts.

Cutting thickness: 0.3-8mm (cutting thickness range and size contrast)

Outline size: 2600 x 750 x 1500mm

Conveyor belt width: 300mm

Maximum diameter of cut glass: 260mm

Minimum diameter of cut glass: 20mm (glass thickness 1.5mm)

Cutting efficiency: 1.5 seconds / speed (adjustable speed).

Operator: cut 1 people, take 1 circles.

Scope of application:

Suitable for batch cutting of circular glass of various sizes and profiling cutting of special-shaped glass (e.g. glass pot cover, cosmetic mirror, rearview mirror, clock mirror, water meter, watch, photoelectric glass, handicraft glass, etc.)
